Name Changes. We cannot change names on airline reservations or tickets. For the Land Tour: • If we receive written notice of a name change on or before October 15, 2019 there will be no fee or charge. • If we receive written notice of a name change on or after October 16, 2019 but on or before May 31, 2020, you will incur a fee of $300.00 per name change. • No name changes will be allowed after June 1, 2020. Name Changes. All name changes for Your booking require the prior approval of Carrier and may not always be possible. Name changes and departure date changes are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees.
