NAFTA country definition

NAFTA country. ’ means a Party to the Agreement;
NAFTA country means NAFTA country as defined in section 2(4) of the North American Free Trade Agreement Imple mentation Act, Pub. L. 103-182, 107 Stat. 2060 (19 U.S.C. 3301).
NAFTA country as used in this clause, means Canada or Mexico.
