Mxxxx’x First Trigger Value definition

Mxxxx’x First Trigger Value means, on any date and with respect to any Eligible Collateral other than Cash, the bid price obtained by the Valuation Agent multiplied by the Mxxxx’x First Trigger Valuation Percentage for such Eligible Collateral set forth in Paragraph 13(b)(ii).

  • S&P Value means, on any date and with respect to any Eligible Collateral other than Cash, the product of (A) the bid price obtained by the Valuation Agent for such Eligible Collateral and (B) the S&P Valuation Percentage for such Eligible Collateral set forth in paragraph 13(b)(ii).

  • Covenant Trigger Event shall occur at any time that Availability is less than the greater of (a) $12.5 million and (b) 10% of the Line Cap then in effect. Once commenced, a Covenant Trigger Event shall be deemed to be continuing until such time as Availability equals or exceeds the greater of (i) $12.5 million and (ii) 10% of the Line Cap then in effect for 30 consecutive days.

  • Credit Support Amount has the meaning specified in Paragraph 3.
