Municipal Planning Tribunal definition

Municipal Planning Tribunal means the Municipal Planning Tribunal for the municipal area established in terms of section 33, the joint Municipal Planning Tribunal established in terms of section 45 or the District Municipal Planning Tribunal established in terms of section 49;
Municipal Planning Tribunal means the municipal planning tribunal established in terms of section 32;
Municipal Planning Tribunal means the Municipal Planning Tribunal appointed and by the Council and established by the Municipality in terms of the Act;

  • The Municipal Manager must designate an employee as the administrator for the Municipal Planning Tribunal.

  • If an employee of the Municipality makes a recommendation to the Municipal Planning Tribunal regarding an application, that employee may not sit as a member of the Municipal Planning Tribunal while that application is being considered and determined by the Municipal Planning Tribunal but such employee may serve as a technical adviser to the Municipal Planning Tribunal.
