Municipal Facilities definition

Municipal Facilities means any facilities, including highways, sidewalks, conduits, manholes, equipment, machinery, pipes, wires, valves, buildings, structures, signage, bridges, viaducts and other equipment within the Public Places used by the Municipality for the purposes of its public works or municipal operations;
Municipal Facilities means City-owned structures located within the Public Way, including utility poles, Streetlight Poles, Decorative Streetlight Poles, lighting fixtures, electrifiers, Traffic Signal Poles, catenary poles, sign posts, or other City-owned infrastructure and may refer to such facilities in the singular or plural, as appropriate to the context in which used.
Municipal Facilities means any property, both real and personal, including physical installations in the Municipal Right-of-Way that is owned by the Township of Morris.

Municipal Facilities means all property owned and operated by the Town of Amherstburg.
