Municipal Engineer definition

Municipal Engineer means the engineer for the Municipality or such person or persons designated in writing from time to time by the Municipality.

Municipal Engineer means the Municipal Engineer of the City, or their authorized representative who for the time being is acting for the City in their respective positions, or any person engaged by the City to act for the City. Generally, this shall mean the City’s Development Engineer.
