Municipal energy tax definition

Municipal energy tax means a municipal energy sales and use tax under Title 10, Chapter 1, Part 3, Municipal Energy Sales and Use Tax Act.

  • Municipal electric utility means a municipal corporation that owns or operates facilities to generate, transmit, or distribute electricity.
