Municipal Development Fund or "MDF" means the fund, established by the Borrower as the Borrower§s agent pursuant to Decree No. 340 with Charter and Board of Directors acceptable to the Bank, for the purpose of providing credit for municipal development projects to Eligible Municipalities;
