Municipal Contracts definition

Municipal Contracts means governmental permits issued to any operating company Subsidiary of the Borrower by, and franchises and contracts entered into between any operating company Subsidiary of the Borrower and, any municipal or other governmental entity, as the same may be amended from time to time.

Municipal Contracts means all contracts between the Assignor and one or more additional parties evidencing, constituting, securing or relating to any Pledged Municipal Recovery, Pledged Municipal Premium or Pledged Municipal Reserves Account Funds.

  • Tenant Leases means leases, subleases, licenses or other use agreements between Seller and tenants with respect to Real Property, if any.

  • Subcontracts means “Seller’s lower-tier subcontracts” (Note: “Subcontract” includes a transfer of commercial items between divisions, subsidiaries, or affiliates of the Contractor or subcontractor at any tier.); and

  • Leasehold Interests means all of each Borrower’s right, title and interest in and to, and as lessee, of the premises identified on Schedule 4.19(A) hereto.
