Multiemployer Welfare Plan definition

Multiemployer Welfare Plan means a Welfare Plan that is a "multiemployer plan," as defined in Section 3(37) of ERISA.
Multiemployer Welfare Plan means a Collective Bargaining Benefit Plan that is a “welfare benefit plan” within the meaning of Section 3(1) of ERISA.
Multiemployer Welfare Plan means any employee benefit plan of the type described in Section 3(37) of ERISA and that provides health and welfare benefits that any member of the Company Group maintains, contributes to, is obligated to contribute to, or with respect to which any member of the Company Group has any liability or potential liability.

Multiemployer Welfare Plan means any "employee welfare plan" which covers employees of more than one employer and to which the Company contributes or is obligated to contribute.
