Multicurrency Protective Advance has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.04(a).

  • At any other time the Multicurrency Administrative Agent may require the Multicurrency Revolving Lenders to fund their risk participations described in Section 2.04(b) in any Multicurrency Protective Advance in the currency in which such Multicurrency Protective Advance is denominated.

  • Canadian Revolving Loan means Loans made by a Lender in respect of its Canadian Revolving Commitment to the U.S. Borrower pursuant to Section 2.02(c) and/or Section 2.24.

  • Canadian Revolving Loans means Revolving Loans made to the Canadian Borrower under Section 2.2, including Bankers’ Acceptance Advances.

The Multicurrency LC Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Multicurrency Percentage of the total Multicurrency LC Exposure at such time.

  • Revolving Loan Outstandings means, at any time of calculation, (a) the then existing aggregate outstanding principal amount of Revolving Loans, and (b) when used with reference to any single Lender, the then existing outstanding principal amount of Revolving Loans advanced by such Lender.

  • Multicurrency Loan means a Loan denominated in Dollars or an Agreed Foreign Currency.

  • Revolving Loan Borrowing means a borrowing of a Revolving Loan.

  • Revolving Loans shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1(a).

  • U.S. Revolving Lender means a Lender with a U.S. Revolving Commitment or, if the U.S. Revolving Commitments have terminated or expired, a Lender with U.S. Revolving Exposure.

  • Revolving Facility Loan means a Loan made by a Revolving Facility Lender pursuant to Section 2.01(b). Unless the context otherwise requires, the term “Revolving Facility Loans” shall include the Other Revolving Loans.

  • Revolving Advances means Advances made other than Letters of Credit.

  • Swing Loans each is defined in Section 1.7 hereof.

  • Eurodollar Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.
