MTI SHARES definition

MTI SHARES means those shares of the Common Stock of Company beneficially owned by MTI.
MTI SHARES means the common shares in the capital of MTI as constituted on the date hereof; (rrr) “MTI Securities” means collectively the MTI Shares, MTI Options, MTI Special Warrants and MTI Warrants;
MTI SHARES means the common shares without par value in the authorized share structure of MTI, as constituted immediately prior to the Effective Time;
