Examples of MSP in a sentence
Client acknowledges that MSP does not provide Client with any form of Cyber and Privacy Liability or other insurance coverage in connection with the Services or an executed “REQUESTED SERVICES” and that Client’s use of the Services does not, in any way: (i) replace a Cyber and Privacy Liability policy, (ii) mitigate Client’s need for Cyber and Privacy Liability insurance coverage or (iii) relieve Client’s responsibility for obtaining its own Cyber and Privacy Insurance coverage.
Termination will not relieve MSP (directly or through an authorized reseller) from any obligation to pay Entrust any and all fees or other amounts due under the Agreement.

MSP’s evaluation of the Service pursuant to this Section 3 (Evaluation) shall commence upon MSP’s acceptance of the Agreement and continue for a period of thirty (30) days (“Trial Period”), or as otherwise agreed to by Entrust in writing with MSP.
The Employer shall pay 100% of the premium, except where a spouse/partner is eligible to provide MSP coverage for the eligible employee and dependant(s) under their workplace plan; in that case, the spouse/partner will be obliged to provide this coverage for themselves, the eligible employee and dependant(s).
