MSCF Chapter definition

MSCF Chapter means the chapter at one or more technical, community, or consolidated college(s) of the Minnesota State Colleges & Universities. As used in this Contract, “MSCF Chapter” shall mean the MSCF Chapter president or designee.
MSCF Chapter means the MSCF Chapter president or designee.

  • The names of the Employer designees responsible for administering this Contract on the campus shall be communicated to the local MSCF Chapter by means of a copy of a certification from the Chancellor’s designee to the MSCF.

  • One (1) MSCF-only bulletin board on each campus will be at a location mutually agreeable to the MSCF Chapter and the college president or designee.

  • Compensation may be shared by up to three (3) faculty members by mutual agreement between the faculty members, the MSCF Chapter and the college president or designee.

  • A “grievance” is defined as a written dispute or disagreement raised by a faculty member, an MSCF Chapter, or the State MSCF involving the Employer’s interpretation or application of the provisions of this Contract.

  • The time limit for any such grievance will begin when the written notice is received by either the MSCF Chapter grievance representative or the State MSCF.

  • Chapter means a Chapter under this Part;

  • Public Finance Management Act ’ means the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999);

  • Staff Governor means an employee of the Academy Trust who may be appointed as a Governor pursuant to Article 50A;

  • Chapter 11 means Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Cathodic protection tester means a person who can demonstrate an understanding of the principles and measurements of all common types of cathodic protection systems as applied to buried or submerged metal piping and tank systems. At a minimum, such persons must have education and experience in soil resistivity, stray current, structure-to-soil potential, and component electrical isolation measurements of buried metal piping and tank systems.

  • General purpose adhesive remover means a product designed or labeled to remove cyanoacrylate adhesives as well as nonreactive adhesives or residue from a variety of substrates. “General Purpose Adhesive Remover” includes, but is not limited to, products that remove thermoplastic adhesives; pressure sensitive adhesives; dextrine or starch-based adhesives; casein glues; rubber or latex-based adhesives; as well as products that remove stickers; decals; stencils; or similar materials. “General Purpose Adhesive Remover” does not include “Floor or Wall Covering Adhesive Remover.”

  • Delaware Statutory Trust Act means Chapter 38 of Title 12 of the Delaware Code.

  • Municipal Finance Management Act means the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003);

  • NI 51-101 means National Instrument 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities;

  • Xxxx-Xxxxx Act means the Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

  • AAAm or "AAAM-G" by S&P) and restricted to obligations issued or guaranteed by the United States of America or entities whose obligations are backed by the full faith and credit of the United States of America and repurchase agreements collateralized by such obligations; and

  • General Bar Date means June 15, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) for certain Claims arising before the Petition Date, including 503(b)(9) Claims, Secured Claims, General Unsecured Claims, or Priority Non-Tax Claims as established by the Bar Date Order.

  • Underground source of drinking water means an aquifer or its portion:

  • National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) means the national program for issuing, modifying, revoking and reissuing, terminating, monitoring, and enforcing permits and imposing and enforcing pretreatment requirements, under Sections 307, 318, 402, and 405 of CWA. The term includes an approved program.

  • National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System means the national program for issuing, modifying, revoking and reissuing, terminating, monitoring and enforcing permits, and imposing and enforcing pretreatment requirements under Sections 307, 402, 318, and 405 of the Clean Water Act.

  • chapters and "headings" mean the chapters and the headings (four-digit codes) used in the nomenclature which makes up the Harmonised Commodity Description and Coding System, referred to in this Protocol as "the Harmonised System" or "HS";

  • Xxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act means the Xxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended.

  • California Renewables Portfolio Standard means the renewable energy program and policies established by California State Senate Bills 1038 and 1078 as amended by Senate Bill SB1X, and codified in California Public Utilities Code Sections 399.11 through 399.31 and California Public Resources Code Sections 25740 through 25751, as such provisions are amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • A-B means the outperformance of Net Asset Value per Unit, i.e. the amount by which the increase in Net Asset Value per Unit during the relevant performance period exceeds the High Water Mark.

  • Commercial sex act means any sex act on account of which anything of value is given to or received by any person.

  • Statutory Trust Act means Chapter 38 of Title 12 of the Delaware Code, 12 Del. Code Section 3801 et seq., as it may be amended from time to time, or any successor legislation.

  • Delaware Statutory Trust Statute means the provisions of the Delaware Statutory Trust Act, 12 Del. C. § 3801, et seq., as such Act may be amended from time to time.
