MREL Group definition

MREL Group means any local savings bank (caisse locale) of the Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne, Crédit Mutuel du Sud-Ouest and Crédit Mutuel Massif Central federations and of any federation affiliated to the Issuer from time to time, the Issuer and any of its subsidiaries (excluding Suravenir and Suravenir Assurances) from time to time taken as a whole.
MREL Group means Crédit Mutuel Group which consists of all the affiliates of the central body of the Confédération Nationale du Crédit Mutuel as provided in the article L.512-56 of French Code monétaire et financier.
MREL Group means the group which the Issuer belongs to and which has to comply with the MREL Requirement on a consolidated basis.

  • DBS Group means DBS Bank Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, branches and related companies.
