MPL Site MLA definition

MPL Site MLA means that certain MPL Site Master Lease Agreement, dated of even date herewith, by and among Tower Operator, AT&T Collocator and AT&T Guarantor.
MPL Site MLA has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • Nothing in this Section 27 shall affect any right of entry or inspection or any other right afforded to AT&T Collocator pursuant to the MPL Site MLA.

  • Nothing in this Section 34(g) shall affect any liability for Taxes with respect to any Site prior to the exercise of a Purchase Option with respect to such Site or any liability for Taxes that any AT&T Group Member has under the MPL Site MLA.

  • AT&T Lessor assumes all responsibilities, as to each Site, for any fines, levies or other penalties imposed as a result of AT&T Lessor’s non-compliance from and after the Effective Date with such requirements of the applicable Governmental Authorities unless due to Tower Operator’s failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement or the MPL Site MLA.

  • Each AT&T Lessor hereby delegates to Tower Operator the sole and exclusive right to perform the obligations of, and assert and exercise the rights of, such AT&T Lessor and all AT&T Ground Lease Parties under all Ground Leases, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the MPL Site MLA.

  • These arbitration proceedings shall include and be consolidated with any proceedings initiated after notices delivered at or about the same time under the MPL Site MLA.

MPL Site MLA means the MPL Site Master Lease Agreement dated as of December 16, 2013, among CCATT LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, the AT&T Collocators party thereto and AT&T Guarantor.

  • Off-site facility means a structural BMP located outside the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.

  • Hotel Site means the real property on which the Hotel is located or to be located, as approved by us.

  • On-site facility means a structural BMP located within the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.

  • Contractor-acquired property means property acquired, fabricated, or otherwise provided by the Contractor for performing a contract, and to which the Government has title.

  • Cell Site means a transmitter/receiver location, operated by a CMRS provider, through which radio links are established between a wireless system and a Wireless Phone Handset.

  • Environmental Infrastructure Facilities means Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Stormwater Management Facilities or Water Supply Facilities (as such terms are defined in the Regulations).

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Infrastructure facility means a building; structure; or networks of buildings, structures, pipes, controls, and equipment, or portion thereof, that provide transportation, utilities, public education, or public safety services. Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.

  • Site Lease or “Lease” means this Site Lease together with any duly authorized and executed amendment hereto under which the District leases the Site to the Lessee.

  • Onshore facility means any facility any part of which is located in, on, or under any land of the state, other than submerged land, that because of its location, could reasonably be expected to cause substantial harm to the environment by discharging oil into or on the navigable waters of the state or the adjoining shorelines.

  • Site License means for each product, the term “Site License” shall mean the license established upon acquisition of the applicable number of copies of such product and payment of the applicable license fees as set forth in the Statement of Work.
