Motor vehicle ancillary product protection contract means a contract or agreement that is effective for a specified duration and paid for by means other than the purchase of a motor vehicle, or its parts or equipment, to perform any one or more of the following services:

  • Motor vehicle manufacturer means any of the following:

  • Gross vehicle mass or "maximum mass" means the technically permissible maximum laden mass as declared by the manufacturer.

  • Turnover of zero-rated supply of goods means the value of zero-rated supply of goods made during the relevant period without payment of tax under bond or letter of undertaking;

  • Motor vehicle record or "MVR" means a driving record under Subsection 53-3-109(6)(a).

  • Transit-oriented facility means a facility that houses a transit station in a manner that promotes transit ridership or passenger rail use.

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • Export-controlled items means items subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 CFR parts 730-774) or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations [(ITAR)] (22 CFR parts 120-130). The term includes—

  • Marijuana processor means a person who processes marijuana items in this state.

  • Red Hat Products means Software, Services, Subscriptions and other Red Hat branded offerings made available by Red Hat.
