Motor Cycle Parking Space definition

Motor Cycle Parking Space means the parking space on the Basement 1 Floor of the Development provided in accordance with Clause (17)(c)(i) of the Government Grant for the parking of motor cycles licensed under the Road Traffic Ordinance, any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation and belonging to the residents of the Residential Units and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees, to which Undivided Shares have been or will be allocated. The Motor Cycle Parking Space is numbered “M01” and is for the purpose of identification only shown and marked “M01” on the DMC Plans;
Motor Cycle Parking Space means a motor cycle parking space (including the electric vehicles charging enabling facilities and associated conduits serving exclusively the space) provided in the Development in accordance with Clause No.(18)(c)(i) of the Second Schedule to the Modification Letter I and Clause No.(18)(c)(i) of the Second Schedule to the Modification Letter II and each space shall be a space shown on the approved carpark layout plan under Clause No.(24) of the Second Schedule to the Modification Letter I and Clause No.(24) of the Second Schedule to the Modification Letter II.

More Definitions of Motor Cycle Parking Space

If Tenant exercises this option, Tenant’s Expansion Space will be leased to Tenant in its “as is” condition and Tenant will, at its expense and in compliance with the provisions of Section 7.06, design and construct all Improvements desired by Tenant for its use and occupancy. Landlord and Tenant agree to execute such amendments to this Lease and other instruments as either of them considers necessary or desirable to reflect Tenant’s exercise of this option.
