Motion for Final Approval definition

Motion for Final Approval means the motion or motions filed by Class Counsel, as referenced in Section 6 below.
Motion for Final Approval means the unopposed motion that the Plaintiffs shall make seeking an entry of the Final Approval Order and Final Judgment by the Court.
