Mortgage Selling and Servicing Contract definition

Mortgage Selling and Servicing Contract means that certain Mortgage Selling and Servicing Contract between Borrower and Xxxxxx Xxx, as amended, modified, supplemented or assigned and in effect on the date hereof.
