Mortgage Releases definition

Mortgage Releases means, collectively, those documents necessary to release all Disapproved Liens, including, but not limited to those identified on Exhibit O or in the Limited Title Opinion, in form and substance sufficient for filing in the real property records of Jefferson, Plaquemines, Lafourche or Terrebonne Parishes, Louisiana, and in the Non-required file maintained for the Federal ROWs by BOEM/BSEE, in all cases satisfactory to Buyer and the Title Company.
Mortgage Releases means the releases and terminations executed by the Existing Collateral Agent releasing or terminating as appropriate the mortgages, deeds of trust, charges, debentures, fixture filings and other Liens it currently holds over Real Property that will be made subject to a Mortgage, duly executed and delivered by the Existing Collateral Agent and acknowledged by the relevant Loan Party mortgagor.

  • Released Mortgaged Property Proceeds As to any Mortgage Loan, proceeds received by the Servicer in connection with (a) a taking of an entire Mortgaged Property by exercise of the power of eminent domain or condemnation or (b) any release of part of the Mortgaged Property from the lien of the related Mortgage, whether by partial condemnation, sale or otherwise, which are not released to the Mortgagor in accordance with applicable law and mortgage servicing standards the Servicer would use in servicing mortgage loans for its own account and this Agreement.

  • Environmental Releases means releases as defined in CERCLA or under any applicable state or local environmental law or regulation.

  • Lost Mortgage Note Any Mortgage Note the original of which was permanently lost or destroyed and has not been replaced.

  • Existing Mortgages means each of the mortgages, deeds of trust or other agreements made pursuant to the Existing Credit Agreement by any Loan Party in favor of the Agent for the benefit of the Agent and the Lenders.
