Mortgage Note definition

Mortgage Note. The original executed note or other evidence of indebtedness evidencing the indebtedness of a Mortgagor under a Mortgage Loan.
Mortgage Note. The note or other evidence of the indebtedness of a Mortgagor secured by a Mortgage.
