Mortgage Documents definition

Mortgage Documents. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the mortgage documents required to be delivered to the Custodian pursuant to each Custodial Agreement.

Mortgage Documents means the Mortgages, the Assignments of Leases and Rents and the Fixture Filings.

Mortgage Documents means the Mortgages, the Collateral Assignments of Leases and Rents and, if any, the Fixture Filings.

Examples of Mortgage Documents in a sentence

• Servicing Advances may not be recovered out of Pool Proceeds except from amounts received with respect to the Mortgage Loan as to which such Servicing Advances were made, or as otherwise permitted under the related Mortgage Documents or Servicing Contract.

• The Master Servicer may adopt and modify its policies and procedures regarding the custody of Mortgage Documents from time to time, subject to the general standard of care in Subsection 5.1(1).

• The Master Servicer will establish procedures for the review and maintenance of Mortgage Documents, including provisions for the release of documents by the Custodian in connection with the servicing of the Mortgage Loans.

More Definitions of Mortgage Documents

Mortgage Documents. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the mortgage documents required to be delivered to the Trustee pursuant to the Trust Agreement.

Mortgage Documents means the Mortgages and the Fixture Filings.

Mortgage Documents means mortgages and deeds of trust (in this Agreement, “mortgages”) and all notes, bonds or other instruments evidencing loans secured thereby (in this Agreement, “mortgage notes”) and any endorsements and assignments thereof to Customer.

Mortgage Documents means the Mortgages, the Mortgage Policies and such other documents and agreements executed or delivered in connection with the Real Properties.

Mortgage Documents means the documents required in paragraph (15) of the Program Guidelines and Section VIII of the Step Up Manual, pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan.

Mortgage Documents means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the documents and other items described on Schedule 1 hereto relating to such Mortgage Loan.
