Mortgage Certificates definition

Mortgage Certificates. As defined in the first paragraph of this Custodial Agreement.
Mortgage Certificates means each of the mortgage certificates (Sw. pantbrev) issued in the Restricted Properties.

More Definitions of Mortgage Certificates

Mortgage Certificates. The certificates which evidence interests in the trusts created by the related Underlying Pooling and Servicing Agreements and which are transferred to the Trust by the Depositor, each of which is identified in the Mortgage Certificate Schedule.
Mortgage Certificates. The certificates purchased by the Depositor from Banc of America Securities LLC pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, which evidence interests in the trusts created by the related Underlying Pooling Agreements and which are transferred to the Trust by the Depositor, each of which is identified in the Mortgage Certificate Schedule.
