Monthly Vintage definition

Monthly Vintage means the group of Receivables purchased by the Purchaser for any calendar month.
Monthly Vintage means Managed Pool Receivables that are Deferred Interest Loans that all share a Monthly Vintage Period.
Monthly Vintage means Managed Pool Receivables that are Deferred Interest Loans that all share a Monthly Vintage Period. “Monthly Vintage Period” means the calendar month in which a group of Deferred Interest Loans had their first purchase (i.e., when the deferral period for each such Deferred Interest Loans began), provided that the first Monthly Vintage Period for purposes of this Agreement shall be the Monthly Vintage Period beginning on March 1, 2018. “Multiemployer Plan” means any multiemployer plan as defined in Section 4001(a)(3) of ERISA, which is contributed to by (or to which there is or could be an obligation to contribute of) the Borrower or an ERISA Affiliate, and each such plan for the five-year period immediately following the latest date on which the Borrower or an ERISA Affiliate contributed to or had an obligation to contribute to such plan.

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, no SPE III Receivable that is not an Eligible Receivable upon Borrower’s acquisition thereof, shall (i) ever constitute an Eligible Receivable hereunder, or (ii) be included in any Monthly Vintage Pool or the calculation of any Receivable performance test.

  • Monthly Average Subscriber Level means the average number of Subscribers of the Licensee in a particular month, as set forth in the applicable month’s Subscriber Report (refer Schedule D).

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • Monthly Average means the highest allowable average of “daily discharges” over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all “daily discharges” measured during a calendar month divided by the number of “daily discharges” measured during that month. For Fecal Coliform Bacteria (FCB) or E-Coli, report the monthly average.

  • Declared Monthly Consumption means the Declared Monthly Consumption set out in the Acceptance Form for Electricity Supply.

  • Average monthly discharge limitation means the highest allowable average of "daily discharges" over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all "daily discharges" measured during a calendar month divided by the number of "daily discharges" measured during that month. Compliance with fecal coliform bacteria or E coli bacteria limitations shall be determined using the geometric mean.

  • Monthly Period means the period from and including the first day of a calendar month to and including the last day of such calendar month.

  • Monthly shall be construed accordingly;

  • Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.
