Monthly Subscription Charge definition

Monthly Subscription Charge means the monthly charge for being connected to the system as set out in the tariff;

Examples of Monthly Subscription Charge in a sentence

  • It is understood and agreed between the Parties that any payments made during the Term that exceeded the Minimum Commitment or Monthly Subscription Charge shall not apply to, or in any way be credited against, any other, past or present payments of Minimum Commitment or Monthly Subscription Charge or the overall shortfall amount during the Term.

  • The Monthly Subscription Charge and the offsetting Monthly Subscription Credit will appear as separate line items on the monthly FPL Account bills of participating Eligible Customers during every month of their respective Enrollments and will be subject to all applicable taxes and fees.

  • If Subscriber terminates this Agreement after Enrollment and before the first billing month under the Program, Subscriber’s monthly FPL Account xxxx for the first billing month under the Program will nevertheless include the full amount of the Monthly Subscription Charge and the full amount of the Monthly Subscription Credit (as such terms are defined in Section 1 of Article II of this Agreement).

  • For qualifying Low Income Residential customers, the Monthly Subscription Charge will not exceed the Monthly Subscription Credit.

  • In any month where the Monthly Subscription Charge exceeds the Monthly Subscription Credit, the Monthly Subscription Credit will be re-set to equal the Monthly Subscription Charge.

  • We (or O2 on our behalf) may also need to change or withdraw all or part of your Contract Allowance included within your Monthly Subscription Charge, all or part of our Services if they are uneconomica l, technically impractical, not fulfilling their purpose for you or us, or as a result of changes in technology or changes made by the Network supplier.

  • Remedy: Where Xxxxxxx AS fails to meet the Target set out above, the following Service Credits will apply: Frequency Service Credit Incident 1 15% of Monthly Subscription Charge Incident 2 30% of Monthly Subscription Charge Incident 3 45% of Monthly Subscription Charge Incident 4 60% of Monthly Subscription Charge Some attacks are too large for the 200 Gbps Mitigation Service and, therefore, will not be deemed a breach of the SLA as they are outside of the service offering.

  • In addition to the monthly billing amount under applicable rate and rider schedules, customer’s bill will include an amount equal to: Monthly Subscription Charge + Monthly Subscription Credit where Monthly Subscription Charge = Green Promise Subscription xX x Xxxxx Promise Option 1 Subscription Charge as defined in Attachment A Monthly Subscription Credit = Green Promise Energy x Green Promise Subscription Credit as defined in Attachment A B.

  • Either party may terminate the agreement constituted by these Terms at any time by notice of not less than one full Monthly Subscription Charge period.

  • If Subscriber terminates this Agreement after Enrollment and before the first billing month under the Program, Subscriber’s monthly FPL Account bill for the first billing month under the Program will nevertheless include the full amount of the Monthly Subscription Charge and the full amount of the Monthly Subscription Credit (as such terms are defined in Section 1 of Article II of this Agreement).

Related to Monthly Subscription Charge

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Subscription Fee means the Fees payable by IPTV Operator to ZEEL for availing the signals of Zee Group Channels on a monthly basis and calculated as “ZEEL’s Share of MRP” multiplied by average active subscribers for any given month.

  • Monthly Settlement Date means the 25th day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day).

  • Monthly Service Fees means the monthly (or 1/12 of the annual fee) subscription fees paid for the affected Cloud Service which did not meet the SA SLA.

  • Monthly Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in subsection 3.01.

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).

  • Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount means, for each Monthly Payment Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest which is then due on all the Components of the Loan in the aggregate for the Interest Period during which such Monthly Payment Date occurs.

  • Distribution Fee means a percentage of MRP of each of the Subscribed Channels payable by SDSPL to the Licensee towards fee for distribution of each of the Subscribed Channels as more specifically specified in Annexure B and Annexure B-1 of this Agreement.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Minimum Subscription means the minimum subscription for Shares as specified in the relevant Supplement.

  • Annual Service Charge for any period means the aggregate interest expense for such period in respect of, and the amortization during such period of any original issue discount of, Indebtedness of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.

  • Master Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03(b) in respect of any waived (or, with respect to subsequent changes of law, any unenforceable) Prepayment Charges.

  • Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Servicer in respect of any waived Prepayment Charges pursuant to Section 2.05 or Section 3.01.

  • Prepayment Charge Period As to any Mortgage Loan, the period of time during which a Prepayment Charge may be imposed.
