Examples of Monthly Servicing Fee in a sentence
The share of each Monthly Servicing Fee allocable to each Series on each Distribution Date with respect to each such Series shall be set forth in the Series Supplement with respect to each Series, and shall be paid to the Master Servicer in accordance with the terms of the applicable Series Supplement by the Person or Persons specified in the applicable Series Supplement.
The Monthly Servicing Fee shall in no event be less than an amount equal to the product of (A) 2.0% per annum calculated on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months and (B) the amount of Principal Receivables in the Trust as of the first day of the Due Period related to such Trust Distribution Date (or in the case of the first Trust Distribution Date, the amount of Principal Receivables in the Trust on the Cut-Off Date).
The Master Servicer shall be required to pay such expenses for its own account, and shall not be entitled to any payment therefor other than the Monthly Servicing Fee.
The share of the Monthly Servicing Fee allocable to each Series of Notes shall be payable on the dates and in the amounts specified in the related Indenture Supplement.
