Monthly Rental Fee definition

Monthly Rental Fee means the sum total of the monthly cost of all Equipment rented by the Lessor to the Lessee, computed by first multiplying the monthly rental cost of each applicable Equipment item by the number of those items rented, and then adding the totals of each of the multiplications together.
Monthly Rental Fee means the monthly rental fee payable by the Lessee to the Lessor in consideration of the Lease as calculated in accordance with Schedule 3.
Monthly Rental Fee means the monthly fee mentioned in section 36(2).

  • The Monthly Rental Fee shall be paid monthly in arrears as invoiced by the Lessor to the Lessee and within [15] days of the date of issuance of the relevant invoice.

More Definitions of Monthly Rental Fee

Monthly Rental Fee means the recurring monthly rental fee, calculated by multiplying the monthly cost of a single Active Track set, or FPX10 device, as the case may be, as set out in the Rental Agreement, by the number of Active Track sets and/or FPX10 devices rented by the Lessor to the Lessee.
