Monthly Remuneration definition

Monthly Remuneration means that figure obtained by taking the Salary of the Executive as defined in Article 6.1, (as same may be modified from time to time), and dividing that figure by 12.
Monthly Remuneration means, with respect to any Director or Commissioner, such Director's or Commissioner's monthly salary plus the following items (if applicable), bonus, incentive payments, car allowance, electricity and appliance allowances, housing and housing maintenance allowances, dress allowances and holiday and vacation allowances; provided that if such benefits are calculated on an annualized basis, for purposes of this definition such benefits shall be divided by 12.
Monthly Remuneration means the amount equal to annual on target cash compensation divided by twelve (on target cash compensation is equal to annual base salary plus on target performance bonus).

  • In case of absence on any working day, the monthly remuneration will be regulated as per the following formula: Total Monthly Remuneration = Monthly remuneration -A1 Where A1 = Monthly remuneration X Nos.

  • Policy regarding the Determination of the Amount and the Proportion of the Monthly Remuneration and the Business Performance-based Remuneration The monthly remuneration and the executive bonuses for the Directors are structured so that the proportion of business performance-based remuneration increases for the higher- ranking Directors, benchmarking the remuneration levels of the corporations being the same business scale and belonging to the related-industry as the Company.

  • Subsections (1) (a) and (2) (a) do not apply if the remandee has been convicted or found guilty of the offence for which the remandee is remanded.

  • Policy regarding the Determination of the Amount of the Monthly Remuneration The monthly remuneration for the Directors is determined through the deliberation at the Board of Directors meeting after the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting based on the individual positions and responsibilities.

  • The Capacity Remuneration is paid under the form of a Monthly Remuneration, as from the first month of the Transaction Period in accordance with the formula and the modalities set forth hereunder.

  • Unfortunately, insignificantly correled with loan payment plans and financial sustainability (r=0.025; the p-value=0.685).

  • These charges shall be applicable on Monthly Remuneration of the professionals excluding GST – the Monthly Remuneration of professionals shall be fixed at the time of selection of professionals as per the provisions of the Special Conditions of Contract.

Related to Monthly Remuneration

  • Monthly Remittance Amount The sum of the Group I Monthly Remittance Amount and the Group II Monthly Remittance Amount.

  • Monthly Remittance Date The 18th day of each month, or if the 18th day is not a Business Day, the preceding Business Day.

  • Monthly Base Salary means 1/12th of the greater of (i) Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control Termination or a Covered Termination, as applicable, or (ii) in the case of a Change in Control Termination, Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control.

  • Remuneration means any money or its equivalent given or passed to any person for services rendered by him and includes perquisites as defined under the Income-tax Act, 1961;

  • Remuneration Report means the remuneration report which forms part of the Directors’ Report of the Company for the financial year ended 30 June 2022 and which is set out in the 2022 Annual Report.

  • Monthly salary means the portion of a member’s annual compensation which is paid to him or her per month.

  • Monthly Remittance Condition has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Monthly Remittance Conditions means, collectively, (i) TMCC is the Servicer, (ii) either (a) TMCC’s short-term unsecured debt is rated P-1 by Moody’s and A‑1 by S&P, or (b) certain arrangements are made that are acceptable to the Rating Agencies and (iii) no Event of Default or Servicer Default shall have occurred and be continuing (unless waived by the appropriate Noteholders).

  • Monthly Service Fees means the monthly (or 1/12 of the annual fee) subscription fees paid for the affected Cloud Service which did not meet the SA SLA.

  • Annual Service Charge for any period means the aggregate interest expense for such period in respect of, and the amortization during such period of any original issue discount of, Indebtedness of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Monthly Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in subsection 3.01.

  • Accrued Servicing Fees based upon the Scheduled Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loan as calculated on a monthly basis.

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).

  • Annual Fee has the meaning stated in Section 4.02(a).

  • Daily Remittance is defined in Section 6.11(a) of the Servicing Agreement.

  • Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Group I Principal Remittance Amount and the Group II Principal Remittance Amount.

  • Monthly Earnings means your gross monthly income from your Employer, not including shift differential, in effect just prior to your date of disability. It includes your total income before taxes. It is prior to any deductions made for pre-tax contributions to a qualified deferred compensation plan, Section 125 plan or flexible spending account. It does not include income received from commissions, bonuses, overtime pay or any other extra compensation or income received from sources other than your Employer.

  • Base Pay means Executive’s annual base salary rate as in effect from time to time.

  • Annual Fees means the annual fees charged by the Trustee for services provided as the trustee and paying agent under the Indenture.

  • Annual Salary means the salary given under this Part.

  • Annual Compensation means an amount equal to the greater of:

  • Highest Average Compensation means the average Compensation for the three (3) consecutive years of Service with the Employer that produces the highest average. A Year of Service with the Employer is the twelve (12) consecutive month period identical to the Plan Year.

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum. [INSERT FOR HFS: “Monthly Food and Beverage Fee” means the fee we require from you in Subsection 8.2, which is set forth in the Addendum.]

  • Basic Salary shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 5 of this Agreement.

  • Compensation Period has the meaning specified in Section 2.12(c)(ii).
