Monthly Management Fees definition

Monthly Management Fees means the monthly management fees payable by an Owner in respect of each Unit which he has the Right to Occupy, calculated in accordance with Clause 10.3(c);
Monthly Management Fees. Monthly Management Fees shall be Ten (10) % of the total monthly gross receipts from the Premises, payable once per month; after tenant’s rents have cleared the bank; for the duration of this Agreement. Minimum monthly fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per unit while Premises is rented. The term “gross receipts” shall be deemed to include all rents and other income and charges from the normal operation of the Premises, including, but not limited to, rents, parking receipts, laundry income, collected and/or forfeited security deposits, pet deposits and other fees and deposits and other miscellaneous income. Gross receipts shall NOT be deemed to include the special charges listed in Section 3 or interest on security deposits or income arising out of the sale of real property and items of a similar nature. If Owner approves or allows a tenant to pay partial rent or stay in the unit with unpaid rent, the Monthly Management Fee will be charged, as if the full rent was paid.

Examples of Monthly Management Fees in a sentence

  • The Manager’s Remuneration shall be paid to the Manager in advance on the first day of each month of the Financial Year concerned by deductions made by the Manager from the Monthly Management Fees collected from the Owners.

  • The Management Fees Deposit shall (subject to Clause 10.6) be non-refundable and shall not be set off by the Owner against Monthly Management Fees or any other amounts payable by him under this Deed.

  • In these financial regulations the term ‘proper practice’ or ‘proper practices’ shall refer to guidance issued in Governance and Accountability in local Committees in England and Wales – a Practitioners’ Guide which is published jointly by NALC and SLCC and updated from time to time.

  • If the Management Fee is less than the Monthly Management Fees already charged then the General Partner will return the difference.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, if Owner terminates this Agreement prior to the end of the Term (including any renewal Term), Owner shall pay a Termination Fee equal to the total Monthly Management Fees which would have been earned by Agent from the date of termination through the earlier of the following: (i) the remaining term of any then-current Tenant’s lease; or (ii) the remainder of the original Term of this Agreement.

  • The Management Fees Deposit shall (subject to Clause 10.6) be non-refundable but transferrable and shall not be set off by the Owner against Monthly Management Fees or any other amounts payable by him under this Deed.

  • Monthly Management Fees are a component of the monthly services fee for each Service Area.

  • To pay and discharge all taxes, rates and outgoings payable in respect of his Unit and to indemnify the other Owners against all liabilities in respect thereof Provided That all outgoings including Monthly Management Fees and Government rent payable in respect of a Unit up to and inclusive of the date of the first assignment of that Unit shall be paid by the First Owner (no Owner shall be required to make any payment or reimburse the First Owner for these outgoings).

  • This fee is completely separate from Monthly Management Fees and Tenant Placement Fees.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Clause 10.3(a) shall imply that the First Owner is not liable to pay the Monthly Management Fees in respect of each Unit which he has the Right to Occupy in accordance with Clause 10.3(b) and the payments in accordance with Clause 10.11 hereunder.

Related to Monthly Management Fees

  • Management Fees means, with respect to each Project for any period, an amount equal to the greater of (i) actual management fees payable with respect thereto and (ii) three percent (3%) per annum on the aggregate base rent and percentage rent due and payable under leases at such Project.

  • Base Management Fee means the base management fee, calculated quarterly in arrears, equal to 25% of the Fee Amount;

  • Property Management Fee means the fee payable to the Manager for its day-to-day management of the Property pursuant to the Management Agreement.

  • Monthly Service Fees means the monthly (or 1/12 of the annual fee) subscription fees paid for the affected Cloud Service which did not meet the SA SLA.

  • Management Fee has the meaning given in Section 4.1.

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum. [INSERT FOR HFS: “Monthly Food and Beverage Fee” means the fee we require from you in Subsection 8.2, which is set forth in the Addendum.]

  • Collateral Management Fee means each of the Senior Management Fee, the Subordinated Management Fee and the Incentive Collateral Management Fee.

  • Asset Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Monthly Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in subsection 3.01.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Annual Service Charge for any period means the aggregate interest expense for such period in respect of, and the amortization during such period of any original issue discount of, Indebtedness of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Administration Fees The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee.

  • Investment Management Fee means each of the Senior Investment Management Fee, the Subordinated Investment Management Fee and the Incentive Investment Management Fee.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.29 hereof.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amount has the meaning stated in Section 4.4(b) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Deferred Sales Charge Payment Dates means the dates specified for deferred sales fee installments under "Investment Summary--Fees and Expenses" in the Prospectus for the Trust.

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • Monthly salary means the portion of a member’s annual compensation which is paid to him or her per month.

  • Incentive Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(e) hereof.

  • Special Servicing Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Monthly shall be construed accordingly;
