Monthly License Fee shall have such meaning as is set forth in Clause 4 of this Agreement.

Monthly License Fee means TCP’s then current fees applicable for each of Client’s Active Licenses based on the aggregated Permissions to access and use the TCP Services measured over the course of each calendar month, as outlined on an invoice or Order Form.
