Monthly Interest Payments definition

Monthly Interest Payments means, collectively, the Reduced Acquisition Loan Monthly Interest Payment and the Construction Loan Monthly Interest Payment.

Monthly Interest Payments. Interest Payments to change from quarterly to monthly commencing in May 2023 Commencing on May 5, 2023 and continuing on the fifth (5th) Business Day of each month thereafter, Borrower shall make monthly payments of interest to the Lenders in arrears on the outstanding principal amount of the Term Loans at the rate set forth in Section 2.3(a) of the Loan Agreement.

Examples of Monthly Interest Payments in a sentence

  • The Monthly Interest Payments shall be applied first to any unpaid costs, expenses and other charges under the Loan (as hereinafter defined) and then to interest on the Principal Indebtedness at the Interest Rate.

  • On each Interest Payment Date, all unpaid Deferred Monthly Interest Payments shall be due and payable unless deferred to the next succeeding Interest Payment Date in accordance with the preceding sentence.
