Monthly Fiscal Period definition

Monthly Fiscal Period means the following monthly fiscal periods of the Securitization Entities: (a) eight 4-week fiscal periods and four 5-week fiscal periods of the Securitization Entities in connection with their 52-week fiscal years and (b) eight 4-week fiscal periods, three 5-week fiscal periods and one 6-week fiscal period of the Securitization Entities in connection with their 53-week fiscal years, whereby the 6-week period is the last fiscal period in such fiscal year.
Monthly Fiscal Period means the following fiscal periods of the Securitization Entities: (a) with respect to each 52-week fiscal year of the Securitization Entities, the first 5-week fiscal period and the remaining two four-week fiscal periods in each Quarterly Fiscal Period and (b) with respect to each 53-week fiscal year of the Securitization Entities (i) one 5-week fiscal period and the remaining two four-week fiscal periods for each of the first three Quarterly Fiscal Periods in such fiscal year, and (ii) an initial 5-week fiscal period, the subsequent four-week fiscal period, and the xxxxx 0-week fiscal period in the fourth Quarterly Fiscal Period of such fiscal year.
Monthly Fiscal Period shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.5(c).

Examples of Monthly Fiscal Period in a sentence

  • The Issuer shall, and shall cause the Manager to, cause each Guarantor to deposit all Guarantor Collections into the Concentration Account within one Business Day after receipt (or calculation, in the case of Monthly Fiscal Period Company Restaurant Profits True-up Amounts and Monthly Fiscal Period Estimated Company Restaurant Profits Amounts) as a distribution by such Guarantor to the Issuer.

  • On a monthly basis, the Manager shall cause the Guarantors to pay the Monthly Fiscal Period Company Restaurant Profits True-up Amounts and Monthly Fiscal Period Estimated Company Restaurant Profits Amounts in accordance with the Indenture and other Transaction Documents.

  • Business Development Transaction Advances that have not been reimbursed by the end of the Monthly Fiscal Period following the Monthly Fiscal Period in which the related Business Development Transaction is completed will accrue interest at the Advance Interest Rate.
