Monthly Fees definition

Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum. Examples of Monthly Fees in a sentence

  • Except in the event of termination of this Agreement as a result of a Default by Provider under Sections 5(b)(ii), all accrued and unpaid Monthly Fees shall be due and payable upon termination of this Agreement.

  • Beginning on the Effective Date, you will pay to us for each month (or part of a month, including the final month you operate under this Agreement) the Monthly Fees, each of which is set forth in the Addendum.
