Monthly Energy Charge definition

Monthly Energy Charge means the charges payable by the Corporation for the energy delivered at the metering point for the billing period at applicable tariff.
Monthly Energy Charge means, for a given Resource, the Monthly amount owed by Oglethorpe Power to Georgia Power for energy scheduled from such Resource, in dollars per Month ($/Mo), as the same is calculated by Georgia Power for such Resource for each Month during the Term as provided in Sections 3.2(b) and (c).
Monthly Energy Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 8.2.1.

More Definitions of Monthly Energy Charge

Monthly Energy Charge means, for purposes of the Monthly Invoice to be submitted by Seller to Buyer after the end of each Month pursuant to Section 7.2.3, the amount due and payable by Buyer to Seller for all Energy delivered in such Month, calculated by multiplying the MWh of Delivered Energy in such Month by the applicable Contract Price set forth in Exhibit C, plus all amounts becoming due in such Month which may comprise the Energy Charge Adjustments, credits for Attribute Deficiency Month and charges for Test Energy, and consistent with the sample Monthly Invoice set forth in Exhibit D, which shall be the consideration for the Products delivered in such Month.
Monthly Energy Charge shall have the meaning specified in Exhibit B to the Operating Equipment Agreement.
Monthly Energy Charge means, for purposes of the Monthly Invoice to be submitted by Seller to Buyer after the end of each Month pursuant to Section 7.2.3, the amount due and payable by Buyer to Seller for all Energy delivered in such Month, calculated by multiplying the MWh of Delivered Energy in such Month by the applicable Contract Price set forth in Appendix 4, plus all amounts becoming due in such Month which may comprise the Energy Charge Adjustments, credits for Attribute Deficiency Month, and consistent with the sample Monthly Invoice set forth in Appendix 4, which shall be the consideration for the Products delivered in such Month.
Monthly Energy Charge means the amount set forth in the annual notice provided by the Owner Participant to the Power Purchaser as set forth in Section 4 below.
Monthly Energy Charge means the monthly payment obligation from Buyer to Seller to compensate Seller for all Energy, Capacity Attributes, and Green Attributes delivered by Seller pursuant to this Agreement.

Related to Monthly Energy Charge

  • Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.

  • Annual Service Charge for any period means the aggregate interest expense for such period in respect of, and the amortization during such period of any original issue discount of, Indebtedness of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • Administration Charge means a charge established in accordance with Chapter 90.50A RCW and Chapter 173-98 WAC, to be used to pay Ecology’s cost to administer the State Revolving Fund by placing a percentage of the interest earned in an Administrative Charge Account.

  • Delivery Charge means the total amount charged to the Authorized User for shipment of the Vehicle(s) from the Delivery Origin to the location(s) designated by the Authorized User on Form A: Mini-Bid Request, and on the Purchase Order.

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Premium surcharge means a payment required from a subscriber, in addition to the subscriber's medical premium contribution, due to an enrollee's tobacco use or an enrolled subscriber's spouse or state registered domestic partner choosing not to enroll in their employer- based group medical when:

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Annual Debt Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Yield Maintenance Charge With respect to any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Companion Loan, the yield maintenance charge or prepayment premium, if any, payable under the related Note in connection with certain prepayments.

  • Net energy billing means a billing and metering practice under which a customer-generator is billed on the basis of net energy over the billing period.

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • Monthly Service Fees means the monthly (or 1/12 of the annual fee) subscription fees paid for the affected Cloud Service which did not meet the SA SLA.
