Monthly Energy definition

Monthly Energy. For any Month, the sum of Net Delivered Energy and the Non Project Missed Volume.
Monthly Energy. For any Month, the sum of Net Delivered Electricity.
Monthly Energy means with respect to any Month, the aggregate Despatched and Delivered Net Energyand/or aggregateDeclared Available Energy(as the case may be).

  • Final Monthly Energy Allocation or “FMEA” – A quantity of Energy which, for any Billing Month, is the PMEA adjusted for any billing or metering data received subsequent to the calculation of PMEA of which PJM is notified within 60 days.

  • To effect such credit, in each month during the subsequent Operating Year, one twelfth (1/12th) of the Excess Cumulative Reduction (“Monthly Energy Credit”) shall be deducted by PSNH from the Seller’s invoice, up to the full amount of the payment due to Seller pursuant to Section 6.1.2(a), and any excess over that amount shall carry forward to the following month to the Monthly Energy Credit.

Monthly Energy means Net Output actually delivered from the Facility to the Point of Delivery, adjusted for losses pursuant to Section 3.2, during any month during the Operating Period.
Monthly Energy means electrical output actually delivered from the Project to the Point of Delivery, adjusted for losses pursuant to paragraph 3.6, during any month during the Operating Period.

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • Annual Energy Use means, (i) with respect to the first 5 years following the Effective Date, the annual electricity usage, expressed in kilowatt hours (“kWhs”), within the Party’s respective jurisdiction and (ii) with respect to the period after the fifth anniversary of the Effective Date, the annual electricity usage, expressed in kWhs, of accounts within a Party’s respective jurisdiction that are served by the Authority and (b) “Total Annual Energy” means the sum of all Parties’ Annual Energy Use. The initial values for Annual Energy use are designated in Exhibit C, and shall be adjusted annually as soon as reasonably practicable after January 1, but no later than March 1 of each year

  • Net energy metering means the difference between the kilowatt-hours consumed by a customer-generator and the kilowatt-hours generated by the customer- generator's facility over any time period determined as if measured by a single meter capable of registering the flow of electricity in two directions.

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Nominated Energy Efficiency Value means the amount of load reduction that an Energy Efficiency Resource commits to provide through installation of more efficient devices or equipment or implementation of more efficient processes or systems.

  • Delivered Energy means the kilowatt hours of Electricity actually fed and measured by the energy meters at the Delivery Point and as certified by SLDC/MSEDCL authorities.

  • Service Control Point (SCP) is the node in the common channel signaling network that accepts Queries for certain Database services. The SCP is a real time database system that receives Queries from service platforms, performs subscriber or application-specific service logic, and then sends a Response back to the Query-originating platform. Such service platforms can be Service Switching Points (SSPs) or other network nodes capable of properly formatting and launching Queries.

It does not include income received from commissions, bonuses, overtime pay or any other extra compensation or income received from sources other than your Employer.
