Monthly Costs definition

Monthly Costs is defined in Section 7.1.

Examples of Monthly Costs in a sentence

• Such Billing Statement shall detail the costs described in Section 7.1 hereof and shall set forth, among other things, the amounts due for such Month by Purchaser with respect to the items of Monthly Costs set forth in Section 7.1, as such Monthly Costs may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with Section 5 and this Section 7.

• CCP shall draw upon each Project Participant’s Operating Account each month in an amount equal to the Monthly Costs multiplied by such Project Participant’s Entitlement Share.

• If, on the basis of the statement submitted pursuant to this Section 7.5, the actual aggregate Monthly Costs or other amounts payable by the Purchaser for any Power Supply Year are less than the amount therefor which Purchaser has been billed, SCPPA shall, unless otherwise directed by Purchaser with respect to moneys owed to it, credit such excess against Purchaser’s next monthly Billing Statement.

• If CCP or Project Developer determines that a prior invoice or Billing Statement was inaccurate, CCP shall credit against or increase as appropriate each Project Participant’s subsequent Monthly Costs according to such adjustment.

• By no later than ten (10) calendar days after CCP receives an invoice from Project Developer for the prior Month of each Contract Year pursuant to Section 8.1 of the ESSA, CCP shall issue to each Project Participant a copy of the invoice and a “Billing Statement,” which specifies such Project Participant’s Monthly Costs, itemized by each part of such Monthly Cost.

More Definitions of Monthly Costs

Monthly Costs means the monthly fee payable by the Customer to Xxxxxx in consideration for the provision of the Service/s;

Further, on this contract, the imputed cost of facilities capital shall not be treated as an "incurred cost" and shall be a separate reimbursement and shall not be included in any target price or ceiling price and is outside the incentive price revision formula.
