Monthly Capacity Charge definition

Monthly Capacity Charge means the Capacity Charge due per Month.
Monthly Capacity Charge means the monthly charge payable under the Reference Tariff for the Contract Transportation Service based on the MDQ of a Delivery Point, as set out in section 3.1.1(a).
Monthly Capacity Charge has the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 8.1.1.

More Definitions of Monthly Capacity Charge

Monthly Capacity Charge means, for a given Resource, the Monthly amount owed by Oglethorpe Power to Georgia Power for the capacity of such Schedule, in dollars per Month ($/Mo), as the same is calculated by Georgia Power for such Resource for each Month during the Term as provided in Sections 2.2(b) and (c).
Monthly Capacity Charge means an amount determined under Section 7(a) in respect of a month.
Monthly Capacity Charge. A Monthly Capacity Charge equal to the Summer Capacity Payment, if such month is a Summer Month, or the Non-Summer Capacity Payment, if such month is a Non-Summer Month; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, if the first month of the First Contract Year is a partial month (as a result of the Effective Date occurring during a month), the amount payable under this Section 7(a)(i) in respect of such partial month shall be prorated by multiplying it by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days from the Effective Date through the last day of such month and the denominator of which is the total number of days in such month.

  • Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Base Capacity Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and the clearing price for Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Excess Capacity means volume or capacity in a duct, conduit, or support structure other than a utility pole or anchor which can be used, pursuant to the orders and regulations of the Commission, for a pole attachment.

  • Annual Service Charge for any period means the aggregate interest expense for such period in respect of, and the amortization during such period of any original issue discount of, Indebtedness of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.

  • Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;

  • Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • Capacity Payment means a payment to a capacity provider under these Regulations for its commitment to meet a capacity obligation during a delivery year;

  • Base Capacity Demand Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Demand Resources and Base Capacity Energy Efficiency Resources and the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Base Capacity Resources or Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Demand Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).

  • Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.

  • Daily Unforced Capacity Obligation means the capacity obligation of a Load Serving Entity during the Delivery Year, determined in accordance with Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8, or, as to an FRR entity, in Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.1. Day-ahead Congestion Price: “Day-ahead Congestion Price” shall mean the Congestion Price resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market. Day-ahead Energy Market:

  • Rated Capacity means the Average Daily Flow for which the Works are approved to handle;

  • Base Capacity Resource means a Capacity Resource as described in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.5A(b).

  • Storage Capacity means any combination of space, injectability and deliverability.

  • Annual Debt Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Available Capacity means the capacity from the Project, expressed in whole megawatts, that is available to generate Product. [For As-Available Product facilities only]
