Monthly Bill definition

Monthly Bill means the invoice specifying the amount(s) that Shipper is required to pay to Transporter for each Month for the services provided in accordance with the Tariff.

Examples of Monthly Bill in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any Impact to Shipper as set out in Article5.1(a) hereof, there shall be no reduction in respect thereof to Shipper's Monthly Bill for the Month in which the Under Transport Day occurs (" Under Transport Month").
