Monthly Average Power Factor definition

Monthly Average Power Factor means the ratio of watt hours to the volt ampere hours drawn during a billing month;
Monthly Average Power Factor means the ratio of kilowatt hours to the kilovolt ampere hours supplied during a billing month;
Monthly Average Power Factor means the ratio of total kwh to total kvah supply during the month, which will be rounded up to two figures.

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

(formerly Pink OTC Markets Inc.). If the Weighted Average Price cannot be calculated for a security on a particular date on any of the foregoing bases, the Weighted Average Price of such security on such date shall be the fair market value as mutually determined by the Company and the Holder. If the Company and the Holder are unable to agree upon the fair market value of such security, then such dispute shall be resolved pursuant to Section 11 with the term “Weighted Average Price” being substituted for the term “Exercise Price.” All such determinations shall be appropriately adjusted for any stock dividend, stock split, stock combination, reclassification or other similar transaction during the applicable calculation period.

  • Capacity Utilization Factor or “CUF” Shall have the same meaning as provided in CERC (Terms and Conditions for Tariff determination from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time. Here, the CUF is expressed in AC terms.

  • Average monthly discharge limitation means the highest allowable average of "daily discharges" over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all "daily discharges" measured during a calendar month divided by the number of "daily discharges" measured during that month.   • Weighted Average Spread means, with respect to Floating Rate Obligations (in each case excluding Defaulted Loans), as of any date, the number obtained by:

  • Minimum Weighted Average Coupon Test means a test that will be satisfied on any Measurement Date if the Weighted Average Coupon equals or exceeds 5.0%.
