Month Employees definition

Month Employees. The work year for twelve (12) month employees shall be twelve (12) months (52 weeks) per year, subject to earned vacation and holidays as prescribed by this Agreement. A full-time employee, as used in this Agreement, shall mean an employee in this bargaining unit who is assigned to a position scheduled for twelve months per year and eight hours per day. A part-time employee, as used in this Agreement, shall mean an employee in this bargaining unit who is assigned to a position scheduled for either less than twelve months per year or less than eight hours per day (or both).
Month Employees. The work year for 12-month employees shall be twelve (12) months, fifty-two (52) weeks. Subd, 2. Less Than 12-Month Employees: The work year for less than 12-month employees shall be as prescribed by the School District. In the event of extension by the School District of the work year for less than 12-month employees, such employees shall be paid their basic rate of pay.
Month Employees. The District will provide a substitute for each Provider Employee, as needed. Employees of Provider will receive a total of ten (10) sick days (non- accrual) of which two (2) flex days (non-accrual) can be used for personal use.   • Ten Month Employees on 210, 206, 202, 200, 195 and 183 contracts: Employees will not accrue vacation leave and are paid September 15th – August 30th annually for the completion of their contract.

  • Any full-time professor hired prior to July 1, 2008 and serving as a current employee under the previously designated 11- or 12-month contracts shall be covered until separation/retirement from the District, under the Agreement between the Mt. San Antonio Community College District and the Faculty Association for July 1, 2005 – June 30, 2008, Revised July 2007, sections 10.H.2. (11-Calendar Month Employees) and 10.H.3. (12-Calendar Month Employees).

  • Twelve (12) Month Employees' Schedule The regular work year for Twelve (12) month employees shall consist of two hundred forty-four (244) workdays plus ten (10) holidays plus six (6) paid shutdown days for a total of two hundred sixty (260) paid days each year.

  • Nine (9) and Ten (10) Month Employees At the beginning of each work year, each nine (9) and ten (10) month bargaining unit member shall be credited with twelve (12) days of sick leave, the unused portion of which shall accumulate from year to year to a maximum of one hundred sixty (160) days.

  • Employees shall receive sick days/personal days according to the following schedule: Twelve Month Employees: 15 sick days per year, of these 15 days, 3 may be used as personal days.

  • Continuing Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(a).

  • Transferred Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).

  • Active Employees means all employees employed on the Closing Date by Seller for its business who are employed exclusively in Seller’s business as currently conducted, including employees on temporary leave of absence, including family medical leave, military leave, temporary disability or sick leave, but excluding employees on long-term disability leave.

  • Business Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

  • Hired Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(a).

  • Key Employees means each of the following individuals: Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx.

  • Current Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).

  • Former Employees means a former member of management of Icahn Enterprises (or any of its Subsidiaries (including any Guarantors)), other than the Principal, who voluntarily or upon any other termination is no longer employed by any of Icahn Enterprises or any of its Subsidiaries (including any Guarantors) and who holds Equity Interests that are required to be redeemed or purchased pursuant to any contractual requirements upon such termination of employment.

  • Affected Employees means those employees who are exposed to the hazard(s) identified as a violation(s) in a citation.

  • Retained Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.1.

  • Seller Employees shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(a) hereof.

  • Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).

  • Part-Time Employees means employees employed on a permanent basis, but obligated to work less than a full (i.e., forty-hour) work week.

  • Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:

  • Relevant Employees means the employees of the Contractor (including the Transferring Employees) who are wholly or mainly assigned to work in the provision of the Services and who are/will be the subject of a Relevant Transfer by virtue of the application of the TUPE Regulations.

  • Public employees retirement system means the retirement plan and program

  • Eligible Employees means each employee of the Company or an Affiliate.

  • Excluded Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.2.

  • Transferred Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a).

  • Permanent Employees means all employees who are not casual employees, or employees working in a long-term supply assignment, as defined below.

  • Union Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.12(a).

  • Servicer Employees As defined in Section 2.12.

  • Casual Employees means employees who are employed on a casual basis and includes persons who are employed for periods not exceeding five days at any one time.

  • Continuing Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7(a).

  • Protected Employees means employees of the Company or its affiliated companies who were employed by the Company or its affiliated companies at any time within six (6) months prior to the Determination Date.

  • Temporary Employees means those employees hired to replace regular employees absent due to illness, accident, vacation, leave of absence, etc., or hired to perform work on projects or assignments of limited duration. The employment of temporary employees hired to perform work on projects or assignments of limited duration shall be limited to a period of ninety (90) days of work in any twelve (12) month period, commencing from the date of hire or commencement of employment in such period. The period of employment for temporary employees hired for all other purposes shall be limited to twelve (12) months. A project or assignment of limited duration shall not exceed eighteen (18) weeks’ duration in any twelve (12) month period. Any projects or assignments of limited duration in excess of that provided for herein will be posted.
