Monitoring personnel definition

Monitoring personnel means an individual that performs daily office functions observing the operation and activation of alarm systems from a monitoring station.
Monitoring personnel means Persons authorized by the General Manager or the CSDLAC to install and operate analytical instruments, sampling equipment, flow meters, and to perform other similar work at wastewater generation, conveyance, and disposal facilities.
