Monday to Friday Workers are employees whose ordinary hours of work occur on weekdays. “Normal workplace” is the location where an employee normally commences and finishes work. “Normal Rate of Pay” is the pay being received by the employee for their ordinary hours of work prior to the incident and not the incident responsibility rates as outlined in Clause 17.1 of this Workplace Flexibility Agreement. “On Call” is where an employee is expected to be contactable and available for recall to duty outside of ordinary hours as determined by the employer for which an allowance is paid. .   • Day Worker means a worker who works his/her ordinary hours from Monday to Friday inclusive and who commences work on such days at or after 6.00 a.m. and before 10.00 a.m. otherwise than as part of a shift system.
