Module Product(s means products sold by Bridgelux that include, at a minimum, a combination as a single marketed product of an LED array together with one or more of the following: driver circuitry, embedded controls, communications functionality and/or optics. By way of example, Module Products include the Bridgelux OLM™ series Products and the Xenio™ smart lighting Products) and do not include Packaged Products or Die Products.

Examples of Module Product(s in a sentence

  • Any such rescheduled Order (or part thereof) can only be rescheduled one time and, in the case of Die Products and Packaged Products, can only be rescheduled within 90 days of the first acknowledged ship date, and, in the case of, Module Products, may only be rescheduled within thirty (30) days of the first acknowledged ship date.

  • Customer is not permitted to cancel or modify any Orders at any time for Services or Module Products.

  • The output power of the Limited Warranty which is based on the labeled power from BYD shall be in accordance with the followings: For Standard Polycrystalline Module Products:  Within a period of one (1) year from the Warranty Start Date, the average output of the modules will be at least 97.5% of the rated power output specified in the original product label.

  • For Standard Monocrystalline Module Products:  Within a period of one (1) year from the Warranty Start Date, the average output of the modules will be at least 97% of the rated power output specified in the original product label.

Module Product(s means ultracapacitor modules built by KAIFA including 16V- 160V Modules which incorporate the Medium Series Cells, Large Series Cells and the XXXXXXX Module Design. Related to Module Product(s

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • the Products means all products and associated documentation to be supplied under this Contract;
