Modified Materials definition

Modified Materials means any modified form of any Material that has been modified by or on behalf of the Company.
Modified Materials means any and all (i) Materials that have been modified and in which the modification is incorporated or remains, (ii) subclones of any such modified Materials, and (iii) substances extracted or isolated from any such modified Materials by Principal Investigator.
Modified Materials means derivative works or materials created by or for you that are derived from, based upon or incorporate any portion of the Phoenix Contact Licensed Material licensed to the Developer under the Agreement.

Examples of Modified Materials in a sentence

  • Any UGC created with the materials will be considered "User Modified Materials" as defined below and will be governed by this Agreement.

  • This transfer of rights is granted on a worldwide basis and for the period of protection of each User Modified Materials by applicable legislation.

  • Principal Investigator and Institution shall not use Materials, Modified Materials, Unmodified Materials or Differentiated Cells directly or indirectly to derive or make any human gamete or gamete precursor cell.

  • Institution shall have and retain ownership of Modified Materials.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Institution’s ownership of Modified Materials shall not confer upon Institution any ownership of the Materials contained or incorporated in such Modified Materials when such Materials would exist other than as contained or incorporated in such Modified Materials, e.g., if such Materials were extracted or isolated from such Modified Materials.

  • Use of Materials, Modified Materials, Unmodified Materials or Differentiated Cells for any purpose other than as expressly described in the applicable Statement of Research Intent or any purpose not permitted by this Section 4 is prohibited.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Principal Investigator and Institution shall not use Materials, Modified Materials, Unmodified Materials or Differentiated Cells themselves, or the results of their use, in or in connection with the healthcare treatment of a patient.

  • Specified Materials means the basic materials required on the Site for the execution and completion of Works, which shall include fuel and lubricants; cement; aggregates; steel reinforcement; timber and gravel.

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Court or Court Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Adapted Material means material subject to Copyright and Similar Rights that is derived from or based upon the Licensed Material and in which the Licensed Material is translated, altered, arranged, transformed, or otherwise modified in a manner requiring permission under the Copyright and Similar Rights held by the Licensor. For purposes of this Public License, where the Licensed Material is a musical work, performance, or sound recording, Adapted Material is always produced where the Licensed Material is synched in timed relation with a moving image.

  • Restricted materials means pesticides established as restricted materials under Title 3, California Code of Regulations, section 6400.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Recovered materials means metal, paper, glass, plastic, textile, or rubber materials that have known recycling potential, can be feasibly recycled, and have been diverted and source separated or have been removed from the solid waste stream for sale, use, or reuse as raw materials, whether or not the materials require subsequent processing or separation from each other, but does not include materials destined for any use that constitutes disposal. Recovered materials as described above are not solid waste.

  • Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning set out in clause 8.1(g);

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Client Materials means the CLIENT Development Materials and the CLIENT Production Materials.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).
