Modification Documents definition

Modification Documents means collectively this Agreement and any and all documents executed in connection herewith.
Modification Documents means the Modification Letter dated March 1, 1995 among Borrower, the 1993 Note Purchaser and the Trustee; the Letter of Instruction dated March 1, 1995 from the 1993 Note Purchaser to the Trustee; and the Instrument of Release of Collateral dated March 1, 1995, executed by the Trustee.
Modification Documents means those documents executed by Borrower and any other Loan Party which, in Lender's sole judgment are necessary or desirable to modify this Agreement, Mortgage or other Loan Documents in connection with adding Lots as Collateral hereunder.

Examples of Modification Documents in a sentence

  • Nothing in this Amendment, the other Modification Documents or any prior amendment to the Loan Documents shall require the Administrative Agent or any Lender to grant any further amendments to the terms of the Loan Documents.

  • The Modification Documents modify obligations that are presently secured by the Deed of Trust, including, without limitation, certain obligations under the Original Credit Agreement evidenced by the Notes, a note evidencing the Swing Line Loan and the Secured Swap Contracts.

  • As modified by this Agreement, the other Loan Modification Documents and the other documents executed in connection with the Transfer and Assumption, the Original Loan Documents are hereby ratified and shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with their terms.

  • Except as expressly modified hereby and by the Loan Modification Documents and any other documents executed in connection herewith, the Original Loan Documents shall remain unmodified.

Modification Documents means the documents set forth on Schedule X attached hereto.

Modification Documents means and includes this Agreement, the Acknowledgment and Agreement of Rescission, each of the Amended Debentures, the ARL Control Agreement, the ARL Guaranty, the ARL Security Agreement, the ARL Operating Agreement, the Debenture Purchase and Subordination Agreement, the Med Control Agreement, the Med Security Agreement, the Med Security Interest Assignment Agreement, the Med Subsidiaries Collateral Agency Agreement, the Med Subsidiaries Pledge and Security Agreement, the Forbearance and Tolling Agreement, the UCC Financing Statements, any Mortgages, and all other agreements, instruments, certificates and other documents executed by the parties hereto in connection herewith and therewith, and each, a "Modification Document".
Modification Documents means those certain agreements identified as Modification Documents in the Amended Agreement.
Modification Documents means this Agreement, the First Amended Revolving Note, and all other agreements, documents or instruments executed and delivered pursuant thereto.
Modification Documents means collectively this Agreement, those certain amendments to Security Instruments by and between Lender and Borrower, being entered into on the Execution Date, and any and all documents executed in connection herewith.
Modification Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(a) of this Modification Agreement.
