Modem Box definition

Modem Box means the physical product, which houses the Modems and the netserver capacity to provide intelligence regarding the network.

  • This channel may be established via an analog or digital ingress (e.g., a channelized E-1, ISDN or ADSL circuit) to a Modem Box.

  • IMPSAT represents and warrants that any and all ---------------------- the equipment used in the implementation of a Modem and Modem Box, as defined above have been certified through the equipment supplier by the relevant authorities in Argentina and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

  • Wireless means a wireless handheld validation unit used with a supporting Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) as part of an approved gaming system. Amended 1/14/15

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.
