Model Portfolios definition

Model Portfolios means the 7IM model portfolios of investments which are made available on the Platform from time to time;
Model Portfolios means the range of asset allocation portfolio models maintained and managed by any sub-advisor which are to be used to manage the individual accounts of Participants who have elected, or are deemed to have elected, to invest in such Model Portfolios under the Plan.
Model Portfolios. Portfolios managed by sub-advisors with various investment styles that include different underlying investments.  Other: Appropriate investments in other styles, sectors, or asset classes offered through vehicles such as exchange-traded funds (ETFs), mutual funds, and collective investment trusts (CITs) will be considered for diversification purposes, depending on the specific needs of the Plan and its participants. Redhawk may also consider additional investment categories based on Plan needs.

  • If we receive instructions from your Adviser, acting as your agent, to change the Model Portfolio(s) that Your Portfolio(s) reference to a different Model Portfolio, or if there is a Rebalancing triggered for Your Portfolio, we will create and execute orders to buy and/or sell investments to ensure that Your Portfolio continues to be aligned with the relevant Model Portfolio that Your Portfolio references.

  • For more detailed information please refer to the Factsheet(s) for the Model Portfolio(s).

  • Your Adviser will get in touch with you in accordance with paragraph 13 (Changing the reference Model Portfolio, monitoring Your Portfolio and Rebalancing) above to discuss which other Model Portfolios may be suitable for Your Portfolio to reference.

  • If you don’t agree with this change this may mean that the Model Portfolio(s) that Your Portfolio(s) reference are no longer suitable for you – see paragraph 18 for the consequences of this.


More Definitions of Model Portfolios

Model Portfolios means the model portfolios of Investments in allocated percentages that are created and updated by Invesco from time to time on the Invesco MPS Sites, and which are the subject of these Terms.

Related to Model Portfolios

  • Portfolios means the constituent series of the Fund, but for purposes of this Section 14.1 shall not include Portfolios excepted from the requirements of paragraph (a) of Rule 22c-2 by paragraph (b) of Rule 22c-2.

  • Initial Portfolio means the initial portfolio of Receivables, comprising Eligible Assets, purchased by the Guarantor from the Seller pursuant to the Master Loans Purchase Agreement.

  • Collateral Portfolio means all right, title, and interest (whether now owned or hereafter acquired or arising, and wherever located) of the Borrower in the property identified below in clauses (i) through (iv) and all accounts, cash and currency, chattel paper, tangible chattel paper, electronic chattel paper, copyrights, copyright licenses, equipment, fixtures, contract rights, general intangibles, instruments, certificates of deposit, certificated securities, uncertificated securities, financial assets, securities entitlements, commercial tort claims, deposit accounts, inventory, investment property, letter-of-credit rights, software, supporting obligations, accessions, or other property consisting of, arising out of, or related to any of the following (in each case excluding the Retained Interest and the Excluded Amounts):

  • Portfolio Assets means the portion of the net assets of the Fund managed by the Sub-Adviser pursuant to the following investment strategy as agreed to by the Adviser and the Sub-Adviser in a separately negotiated investment mandate: Emerging Markets (each a “Strategy”).

  • Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled. The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • Portfolio means any account, trust or other investment vehicle (except "Fund") over which the Firm has investment management discretion.

  • Investment Portfolio means invested assets (including cash and cash equivalents, short-term investments, bonds or other fixed income securities and equity investments).

  • Portfolio Asset means an asset of an investment fund;

  • Servicing Portfolio means, as to any Person, the unpaid principal balance of Mortgage Loans serviced by that Person under Servicing Contracts, minus the principal balance of all Mortgage Loans that are serviced by that Person for others under subservicing arrangements.

  • Current Portfolio At any time, the portfolio of Collateral Obligations and Cash and Eligible Investments representing Principal Proceeds (determined in accordance with Section 1.3 to the extent applicable), then held by the Issuer.

  • At-risk student means any identified student who needs additional support and who is not meeting or not expected to meet the established goals of the educational program (academic, personal/social, career/vocational). At-risk students include but are not limited to students in the following groups: homeless children and youth, dropouts, returning dropouts, and potential dropouts.

  • Program Assets means any assets, goods or property (real, tangible or intangible) purchased or financed in whole or in part (directly or indirectly) by MCC Funding.

  • Securitization Assets means any accounts receivable or other revenue streams subject to a Qualified Securitization Financing.

  • Permitted Receivables Related Assets means any other assets that are customarily transferred, sold and/or pledged or in respect of which security interests are customarily granted in connection with asset securitization transactions involving receivables similar to Receivables and any collections or proceeds of any of the foregoing (including, without limitation, lock-boxes, deposit accounts, records in respect of Receivables and collections in respect of Receivables).

  • Pool means a voluntary arrangement, established on an ongoing basis, pursuant to which two or more insurers participate in the sharing of risks on a predetermined basis. The pool may operate through an association, syndicate, or other pooling agreement.

  • Operating Assets means all merchandise inventories, furniture, fixtures and equipment (including all transportation and warehousing equipment but excluding office equipment and data processing equipment) owned or leased pursuant to Capital Leases by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary.

  • Originators have the meaning set forth in the Purchase and Sale Agreement, as the same may be modified from time to time by adding new Originators or removing Originators, in each case with the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.

  • Business Assets means all tangible and intangible property and assets owned (either directly or indirectly), leased, licensed, loaned, operated or used, including all real property, fixed assets, facilities, equipment, inventories and accounts receivable, by the Corporation and the Subsidiaries in connection with the Business;

  • Mortgage Assets The Mortgage Loans to be included in the Trust Fund are as described in Annex A hereto.

  • Fixed Assets means the Equipment and Real Estate of the Borrower.

  • Receivables Related Assets means accounts receivable, instruments, chattel paper, obligations, general intangibles and other similar assets, in each case relating to receivables subject to the Permitted Receivables Facility, including interests in merchandise or goods, the sale or lease of which gave rise to such receivables, related contractual rights, guaranties, insurance proceeds, collections and proceeds of all of the foregoing.

  • Reference Portfolio means, the notional portfolio made up of each Reference Asset, as described in this Information Statement under “Reference Portfolio”.

  • Loan Assets means, collectively and as applicable, the Initial Loan Assets, the Substitute Loan Assets and the Additional Loan Assets, as applicable.

  • Portfolio Investments has the meaning set forth in the introductory section of this Agreement.
