Model Forms definition

Model Forms means the set of model draft agreements satisfactory to the Bank, including standard drafts of Council Agreements, Grant Agreements and FUMAC Pilot Grant Agreements, set forth in the Operational Manual;
Model Forms means the set of model draft agreements satisfactory to the Association, including standard drafts of Environmental and Social Mitigation Grant Agreements and Decentralization Grant Agreements, set forth in the Operational Manual (as hereinafter defined).
Model Forms means the set of model draft agreements satisfactory to the Bank, including standard drafts of Subproject Agreements (as hereinafter defined) set forth in the Operational Manual (as hereinafter defined);

Examples of Model Forms in a sentence

  • It should also be noted that the last sentence of Section 3.2 of the Model Forms of Note Purchase Agreement states: “Any transferee, by its acceptance of a Note registered in its name (or the name of its nominee) shall be deemed to have made the representation in Section 6.2.” Please note that such representation is made to the Issuer only (and not to Seller under this Agreement).

More Definitions of Model Forms

Model Forms means the set of model draft agreements satisfactory to the Association, including standard drafts of Private Higher Education Institution Loan Agreements, Public Higher Education Institution Grant Agreements, Higher Education Institution and Research Entity Grant Agreements, Postgraduate Student Research Grant Agreements, Undergraduate Equity and Competitiveness Scholarships Agreements, and Postgraduate Equity and Competitiveness Scholarship Agreements.
Model Forms means the model grant agreements set forth in the Operational Manual;
Model Forms means the set of model draft agreements satisfactory to the Association, for Agricultural Investment Support Sub-project Agreements, set forth in the PIOM (as hereinafter defined).

Related to Model Forms

  • service delivery and budget implementation plan means a detailed plan approved by the executive mayor of a municipality in terms of section 53(l)(c)(ii) of the MFMA for implementing the municipality's delivery of municipal services and its annual budget, and which must indicate

  • Implementation Letter means the letter of even date herewith from the Borrower to the Bank setting forth the Project monitoring indicators;

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • Diagnostic clinical procedures manual means a collection of written procedures that describes each method (and other instructions and precautions) by which the licensee performs diagnostic clinical procedures; where each diagnostic clinical procedure has been approved by the authorized user and includes the radiopharmaceutical, dosage, and route of administration.

  • Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.

  • Updates are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. A request to add new products at the same or better price level is an example of an update. “Amendments” are any changes that are not specifically covered by the terms and conditions of the Centralized Contract, but inclusion is found to be in the best interest of the State. A request to change a contractual term and condition is an example of an amendment.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Basic Comprehensive User Guide means the Ministry document titled Basic Comprehensive Certificates of Approval (Air) User Guide” dated April 2004 as amended.

  • Prescription monitoring program means the electronic system within the Department of Health Professions that monitors the dispensing of certain controlled substances.

  • Coordinated licensure information system means an integrated process for collecting, storing, and sharing information on nurse licensure and enforcement activities related to nurse licensure laws that is administered by a nonprofit organization composed of and controlled by licensing boards.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Interoperability means the ability of a Qwest OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response.   • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.

  • Provider Platform Application means an application or a set of related functionality deployed on a Platform Cloud Service, created by Provider using the Tools to run on or with the Platform Cloud Service for access by End Users.

  • Operating Software means those routines, whether or not identified as Program Products, that reside in the Equipment and are required for the Equipment to perform its intended function(s), and which interface the operator, other Contractor-supplied programs, and user programs to the Equipment.

  • Timetable means the timetable which reflects the working timetable issued by Network Rail at the conclusion of its timetable development process, containing the departure and arrival times of: (a) all Passenger Services which call at Stations and/or Franchisee Access Stations; and (b) principal Connections at those stations and other stations;

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • technical specification means, with respect to any Software, the document setting forth the technical specifications for such Software and included in the Statement of Work.

  • Upgrades means all new versions and releases of, and bug fixes, error corrections, Workarounds, updates, upgrades, modifications, patches for, the Licensed Software, Deliverables, Documentation, or any other portion of the Work.

  • Project Implementation means all steps which the Grantee undertakes in order to deliver the Project which is being supported by funding provided under this Grant Contract. Any reference to UK primary legislation (Acts) or secondary legislation (Statutory Instruments) in this Grant Contract includes reference to any changes to or replacement of those Acts or Statutory Instruments.
