Model city tax code definition

Model city tax code means the model city tax code as defined in
Model city tax code or "code" means the document filed with the secretary of state on or before July 1, 1988 and that is maintained by the department of revenue beginning July 1, 2012.
Model city tax code means the model city tax code as defined in section 42‑6051, and its appendices and regulations, as adopted in the city or town, and includes the specific state law incorporated in the model city tax code and the interpretation of state law.
